well here is the stuff i found out: opening main.dat: main.dat main.dat/data/earth cities.dat(can be opened with any text editor) other .dat files in this folder: main.dat/data/fonts main.dat/data/graphics main.dat/data/gui main.dat/data/language main.dat/data/styles main.dat/world.dat thats all i found today Edited by (in order): Arxae, Arxae, Arxae -- °w° |

the .dat files in main.dat are txt files. Coords for cities, territores, etc. -- Go play some Quake 2: q2server.fuzzylogicinc.com |

Hmm interesting. But how exactly would you mod this game? I can't really think of any interesting things you could do with this game besides changing the map and units. --

maybe you could add a ground force but this would only work with adjacent countries ofcourse and when i was snooping around in the files i saw some wierd things....well maybe their for the full game i dont know but i found graphics of a tornado, a saucer and and laserbeam? |

...weird... That's pretty silly. Why would they leave it open like that? I wonder how you unlock things in this game? Beat 5 PC's who are under one opposing alliance? --

Yeah. I wanted to play them. Though they are a bt far off, gives them an advantage or disadvantage, they wouldn't be part of the combat as much. Only with south asia. --

activating australia can be done......i think if you made the graphics showing its borders and costal borders but thats easy as hell the hard part is the coordinates so the game knows where australia is......and before you can do that you need to know where the coordinate start point is (aka 0) Edited by: Pre-Zenith |
